We describe our products, including brand, paper type and specifications, as accurately as we can. However:

• Product images, colours and packaging shown may differ slightly from the item you receive due to display settings, manufacturer changes, or batch variation.
• Stock availability may change without notice; we’ll let you know if an item you’ve ordered is unavailable.
• Prices are subject to change, and any price shown or quoted is only confirmed once we accept your order.

4. Orders & quotes

A quote is not a confirmed order. An order is only confirmed once we’ve acknowledged it and, where required, received payment or approved account terms. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, where stock is unavailable, pricing was listed in error, or payment cannot be verified.

5. Pricing & payment

Prices are quoted in South African Rand and, unless stated otherwise, exclude delivery. Payment is due as agreed at the time of order, or per your account’s payment terms if you hold a business account with us. Goods remain the property of Paper X until payment has been received in full.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the timeframes communicated at the time of order, but delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, stock availability, or circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you once they’ve been delivered to the address provided.

7. Returns & quality issues

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or doesn’t match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, correction, or refund as appropriate. This does not affect any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, where applicable.

8. Website use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes, and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website.
